All services are delivered digitally. No in-person services are provided.

2. No Guarantee of Results

All services are provided on a best-effort basis. While we draw from professional experience, we do not guarantee outcomes, performance results, compatibility with specific equipment, or business success.

You acknowledge that:

Technical issues may vary by setup, software, hardware, or venue

Advice is informational and educational, not a guarantee of resolution

You are solely responsible for your equipment, performance, and business decisions

3. Text-Based Communication

Our helpline services are delivered primarily via SMS/text messaging.

By using our services, you consent to receive:

Service-related text messages

Transactional messages (confirmations, updates)

Limited promotional or educational messages

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Helpline Memberships and Subscriptions:

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly unless stated otherwise)

You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically

Subscriptions remain active until canceled

Cancellation:

You may cancel your subscription at any time

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle

No prorated refunds are provided for unused time

5. Digital Products & Custom Services – No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital goods and custom services:

All digital downloads are final sale

All custom audio services (DJ drops, beats, playlists) are non-refundable

No refunds will be issued once delivery has begun or files have been accessed

If you experience a technical issue with delivery, contact support and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it.

6. Turnaround Times

Any stated delivery times (e.g., for crate help or custom DJ drops) are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to workload, complexity, or external factors.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by DJ Concierge Helpline, including but not limited to:

Text responses

Guides and PDFs

Audio files

Templates and workflows

are the intellectual property of DJ Concierge Helpline unless otherwise stated.

You may:

Use delivered materials for personal or professional use

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or reproduce content

Share paid materials publicly or with third parties

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information

Use services lawfully

Not misuse, abuse, or harass through text or digital channels

Not attempt to reverse engineer, duplicate, or exploit services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DJ Concierge Helpline shall not be liable for:

Equipment damage

Lost income or gigs

Performance issues

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid to us in the previous 30 days.

10. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

We may reference or integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., DJ software, payment processors, file hosting services). We are not responsible for outages, changes, or issues related to third-party services.

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and do not sell personal data.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to services at our discretion, including for abuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Message delivery may be subject to carrier availability. DJ Concierge Helpline (DBA of HOUSECALLBARBER LLC) and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply.

16. DJ Concierge Helpline is intended for use by individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By accessing our website, using our services, or submitting your information, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Our services are not directed to, intended for, or knowingly provided to minors under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a minor without verified parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information promptly.
